Shared hosting package names

The shared hosting package names have changed to the following more logical names:

BasicV2 -> shared-1
BronzeV2 -> shared-2
SilverV2 -> shared-3
GoldV2 -> shared-4
Platinum -> shared-5

The shared-4 and shared-5 packages are no longer advertised on the site, but can still be ordered.
